| Nice link Den! Definitely worth bookmarking along with the "Fitness Skeptic"!
I first discovered the problems with nutritional supplements back in 1997 in EAS's (Experimental and Applied Science) annual review. At least back in the 1990s it was very difficult to police what actually went into supplements. Since then I met all sorts of "mad scientist" types who came up with their own powders for good and bad. Fond memories! | |
