Very highly unlikely. It is not what you know, it is how you think. Look at the hard work we put into completely debunking 9/11 and when one person had to admit that all the evidence pointed towards there not being a conspiracy he started on another conspiracy theory!

The psychological summary seems to pretty much sum up the conspiracist mentality very accurately. If they believe in one they believe in many others. Some often link them all.
