I've actually read "the secret", it was given to my girlfriend as a present. I personally think it's absolute tripe, and is pure nonsense.

I'd like to see the evidence to back their claims up - Although, I'll probably have to wait until the end of the world to get it.

A book by Steve Salerno called S.H.A.M. Changed my way of thinking regarding the self help industry.

If you know anyone stuck in that cult, pass that book on to them and make sure they read it!

Might not work for the hardcore but it worked for me and once upon a time I believed in everything
